Writer, Actor.
Taylor Sharkey is a writer and actor based in Belfast.
She holds a degree in Spanish with English from Queen’s University Belfast and trained in acting with the renowned Bruiser Theatre Company. She further developed her craft in Galicia, studying and teaching performance alongside tutors connected to the Real Academia Española.
Taylor has performed in numerous theatrical productions and continues to work across television and feature film. Her screen credits include appearances in Dalgliesh (2024), Showtrial (2024) and the upcoming second season of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms (2026).
Alongside writing partner Adam Brown, she is currently developing comedy television series HOLY ROLLERS with Stellify Media, Sony Pictures Television and American producer Sean Albertson.
As both a writer and performer, Taylor brings a strong instinct for character, performance and comic rhythm to her work.
She loves absurdist comedy, long walks with Ralph, and occasionally annoying Adam.

Taylor works closely with local children’s company ‘Event Heroes’. Their work includes community outreach through character performance and inclusive charity events.
Taylor mainly performs as Disney’s ‘Moana’.
